Returning Defective Hardware

- In the event of product failure, notify our customer service department and provide the model number and serial number of each unit.
- An RMA number will be assigned by Brandt within 24 hours of receiving your RMA request.
- Attach copy of RMA Form with assigned RMA number and return with hardware
