Returning Defective Hardware

  1. In the event of product failure, notify our customer service department and provide the model number and serial number of each unit.
  2. An RMA number will be assigned by Brandt within 24 hours of receiving your RMA request.
  3. Attach copy of RMA Form with assigned RMA number and return with hardware
